There isn't even a single app or game in android market which can fully utilize even a single core 1 GHz processor.

SE must come out of this 3 hard keys concept. It looks bad now. It must be replace with feather touch keys similar to adopted by samsung n LG.

I used almost all brands of mobile phones but no one can beat SE in camera. SE is amazing in camera n sound.

Would you mind... morethe main advantages of optimus 2X over the Arc is dual core cpu(means more speed, less battery), secondary camera (see if you need it or not) and 1080P video recording. (instead arc has 720P but with continuous auto focus feature and with Exmore R sensor it means you can record better in low light conditions). on the other hand Arc has better display (high quality led backlit lcd with mobile bravia engine) better camera (considering the Exmore R sensor) better look and ui and Android 2.3 gingerbread out of the box. so my choice would be the Arc :-)

both design i love it but arc is better
my friend told me that optimus is using dual core and bigger internal memory
are those 2 affecting the speed or something?
I don't really understand about those things

U should directly mail Sony Ericsson France and ask them out. They will definitely reply. I have mailed SE india 3 times and they replied everytime :-)

Here is a comparison between Sony Ericcson Xperia Arc and Motorola Atrix....These are ALL facts and can be checked at “gsmarena’s” specifications.... Nothing here is my opinion. All is factual.
Arc has a great 8mp camera with more options. (Exmor R sensor is a small improvemnet, but there is no CCD lens, just a plastic lens, NO wide angle lens, No large camera sensor) Motorola Atrix only has a basic 5mp camera. (Nokia N8 has the above features and is the BEST camera/video phone)
Arc has a 0.2 inch larger display. Atrix has higher screen Resolution. Both have outdated LCD screens. But Arc has a LED-backlit LCD, which is the better of the two screens. (Nothing compared to a Super Amoled screen)
Different Android customizations, although both are fully upgradable. Motorola is more upgradable due to faster CPU, higher ROM and more RAM
Arc talk time is 7 hours, Atrix talk time is up to 9 hours.
Arc battery is 1,500 mAh, Atrix battery is 1,930 mAh.
Therefore, in theory, Atrix will last longer with internet, videos, music, GPS, general usage etc etc.
Arc is slimmer at 10.0mm (8.7mm in centre) as compared to Atrix 10.1mm..
Arc is 125 mm long. Atrix is 117.8 mm long.
Arc is is a beautiful designed phone. This is its main selling point.
Both phones are excellent plastic build quality. Both are made by Foxconn in China.
Motorola Atrix has Dual-core 1GHz CPU. Arc has 1GHz single processor CPU. (Dual core is only used when needed, thus not affecting battery life)
1080p, full HD video playback is possible with Atrix via HDMI cable to TV. Full HD is not available with Arc.
Atrix has 1GB RAM. Arc only has 512 mb RAM.
Atrix has 16GB storage. Arc only has 320mb. (Need to buy a memory card for Arc)
Atrix has a secondary Camera/video. Arc has NO secondary camera/video.
Neither have Bluettooth 3, USB ver.3 or a FM transmitter. (strange for 2011)
Atrix has a finger print reader. Arc doesn't.
Atrix has HSDPA, 14.4 Mbps. Arc only has HSDPA, 7.2 Mbp.
Motorola Atrix has several expensive add on options such as a docking stand etc.
Motorola Atrix is available now to buy. Arc will be available in 1 – 3 months.

I think that this is a great model.
My fisrt SE was a Z600 made in France Great Terminal
My second SE was a W810 made in Malasia Great Terminal
My third SE was a W960 made in China Great Terminal
My Fourth SE was a SATIO Made in México EXCELENT Terminal
I got a N81i by Nokia made in finland and It was a Terror experiences.

[deleted post]Arc has Scratch Resistant Glass, same as Gorilla Glass just different manufacturer, it also has Digital compass and has a great 8mp camera with Exmor R sensor, Atrix has rubbish 5mp camera with nothing. Get your facts straight when comparing and don't be so biased. Also Atrix doesn't have good screen color contrast and is only Froyo, with Motorola being crap at updating OS. Atrix looks like all other phones, ARC is a great design and 8.7 to 10.1 not 10 to 10.1mm thick. O.K. Arc goes wider at the ends and thats called design and style, something the atrix has none of either!!
