The xperia arc ir very beautiful and slim but is all plastic, look a little cheap dont you think? Dont get me wrong, im a SE fan since always (old phones: SE T610 and SE K800), but i think that nokia n8 is better built, despite be havier. I sincerely hope for SE show a new 12 mp or 16mp camera phone with xenon and led flash for photos/videos, with a flawless built and without glossy platic. Please SE, enough with the glossy cheap fingerprints smudge plastic.

Yes there are some droids have it but it's like an ''third party'' addon by the company, not Android's native feature. By the way most people don't use it, though.

plz suggest me a good phone my budjet is around 27-28 thousand n my needs are good screen,music quality,divx/xvid playability,android,big screen,good battery life, less hanging prbs,and last but not the least atleast 8 gb inbuilt memory..pls suggest..should i buy arc,htc dhd,galaxy s or should i wait for new phones coming in mwc 2011?? also heard that the price of the android phones will decrease this year??

if you can wait until march go for arc if you cant go for galaxy s or desire hd(i prefer galaxy s)

I didn't see it coming from Sony Ericsson but now I'm really impressed with them because of this latest XPERIA Arc. Sony Ericsson has ended my decision on buying the next phone.
I'm currently using my dad's phone which he didn't want to use after a month i.e Nokia X3-02. I don't like any of the feature of the X3-02.
So I was planning on buying my very own next phone, either an Apple iPhone4 or a Nokia N8. Surely, iPhone4 is more of an app phone for me and the N8 is more of a camera phone. I need both in a phone. Yes, iPhone4 has 5MP but I feel it isn't enough, and as for the N8, it's a Symbian phone so I'd hardly find any perfect app for it.
Since XPERIA Arc is born, it has best of both world. It runs on Android so yes, there are specific apps which may be essential for me and it has an 8MP camera which sits between iPhone4 (5MP) and N8 (12MP). it's just the perfect phone.
I hope the XPERIA Arc will be made available by Sony Ericsson by March because I just can't wait to get my hands on it!
