U haven't got it till now that arc has Adobe flash player ,it has active noise cancellation ,it has active noise cancellation & DivX player is already available on android market.

Dual core processor & 1gb ram for what???
better speed, multitasking, what a smart phone user needs basically,
NOT they take this photo graphy,
worth keeping a canon camera with an atrix rather than having slow smart phone

Increase ur knowledge , arc has Adobe flash 10.1
DivX players r freely available on android market
Arc has active noise cancellation.
Nobody knows whose flash is better until these phones r compared in reality + arc has got Exmor R sensor which is far natural & better than flash.
What's the use of those few extra pixels on poor old gen LCD ? Arc has got million times better display.
mAh don't count in reality bcoz arc's battery life is almost double of atrix.
Gorilla glass is definitely better but nobody plays football with a phone.

they both have active noise cancellation mics
They both have Adobe Flash 10.1
You say the Atrix does 1080p and the Arc only does 720p - video playback can't be confirmed
IMO, Battery life claimed by all phone companies are a load of crap (hows the Atrix have a better battery life in 3G than 2G???)
The dual core Nvidia processor is impressive but since this is going the be first phone with it...expect to have some issues.
As these phones are not even ready to market you can't say that Atrix has a better flash than the Arc.
The big factor wheather either of these phones will be good is the support. Many SE onwers know how poor SE have done with the X10 and SE are striving to make updates more regular and faster on the Arc.
Motorola on the other hand need to kick it into high gear...they will start behind the 8-ball in terms of the firmware but given what Motorola has done in the past (especially here in Australia) Motorola better update Android OS worldwide in a timely manner (in Australia, Motorola made the decision to keep all their droid phones on 1.5 - that's not good)

SE RAZR ARC - 7 hours of use
Motorola Atrix - 8 hours and 40 minutes of use
you can keep longer with are without using,
