former version of iPhone resolution did not really that matter. I beleive that resolution of Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is very enough for its 4.2" Bravia powered multi-touch gorilla scratch proof display. It boasts 8.1MP HD cam that come with Exmor R sensor to shoot clear images even in low light condition making it the real challenger to Nokia N8 12MP cam. It will run on the latest android OS making it a superb smartphone.

Also it is android so it is easily customized.
IPhone 4 has a better screen resolution but xperia arc has more colours.
I am getting a iPod touch. But I would get this over a iPhone 4

From here, you can see that there's no big difference in performance between adreno205 and powervr sgx540(GPU used in galaxy s/nexus s)

this SE new model is quite good but..SE company need to understnd the secondary camera is also needed...and to be a great SE mobile,secondary camera is needed like the galaxy s..as SE fan,i hope b4 SE launching this model,they need to add secondary camera and maintain other specs..if wht i dream occured,im sure tht SE will be the 1st mobile in the world..

the 'retina display' (just a phrase btw), we can all agree is inferior to a superamoled display, again, because it's an lcd display. In fact the one real pro about the iphone's lcd display is the resolution, which the arc doesnt even feature!
and are you joking. the new snapdragon proccessor can render 28million trianges/sec. the galaxy s? oh that will be 90million/sec.
the arc has the same proccessor as the HTC desire HD, which isnt as powerful as the galaxy s
by the way, knowing sony ericsson, theyll mess this phone up
