which is better? Xperia arc or samsung galaxy w? Pls help me decide.. Xperia arc has big screen,8.1 mp camera but small internal memory but it can use sd card as internal through hacking, and low processor.. While samsung galaxy w has smaller screen.. Faster 1.4 ghz processor, 1.7 gb internal and has a front camera.. So which is better of the two? Pls help me.

amaze, 02 May 2012thanks Shen..but disabling my data traffic will mean i cant... moreI get your problem. I use Whatsapp a lot too.
I use the app "Juice defender"
It manages your data connection to optimize battery life i.e. it turns it on when your phone is unlocked and turns it off once the screen is off.
It then switches it on periodically(if the display is off) and so you'll have no problem getting whatsapp messages.

my best friend uses Xperia arc and am using Xperia pro. his phone's brightness was always 60 to 70%, and data traffic is always on and he use 30 to 45 mins web browsing and 3 to 3 to 3:30 hours voice calls, and he get avarage cell life. after that he switched off the data traffic when not needed, noe he is satisfied. And the media is unbeatable, cam is no. 1....I love his phone, and mine too.

I've used all kinds of smartphones. This Arc is by far and away the best of the lot. Battery life is incredible, the interface is sooo simple and easy to use. The picture and sound quality is great too. I only have two complaints against the phone. The first, to get the sim and battery in you almost have to break the back cover- definately to flimsy. The second problem is the clock. I left the phone in flight mode for two days, it lost 13hours. I turned it off for a 16hr flight, it jumped a week. Bizarre. Still, the best smartphone I've seen, can't wait to get the Arc S. Just make sure it isn't to big for your liking- that screen is enormous.

i'm using Xperia ARC S since last week of december 2011 , I'm really happy with it, at the biggining I thoght that the battery is not fine, but after I knew how to save it by shutting running programs & applications on background (using Kill Task free program) I became more than happy. camera & video quality is great, fast loading from Off mode to ON.

I don't know should I buy Xperia Arc or Xperia Ray or maybe Xperia Neo. I think Xperia Neo is thick :D
Difference is 80€ betwen Arc and Ray.
What do u think ??
