If you don't know the difference, I will tell you: a distributor is a company or individual responsible for distributing products to the public. He (or it) doesn't have to be responsible for specifications, quality and any information about the products that being handled by him.
A CEO is the leader in a company who has right to know, or to decide, or to reveal everything in the company.
A designer is an agent that specifies the structural properties of a design object.
The engineer(s) is an individual or a team who make a design that has been made by designer to be a real working device.
So if you want to get any information of a product you should ask about it to the company's CEO or designer or their engineer.

I have to say that the Samsung Omnia HD is so cool, and it was cheap. :) By the way I like SE too. My first phone was a SE. I had 2 SE phones. :) There is one thing I want to see on the upcoming SE phones. BIG internal memory. My phone has an 8 GB of internal storage. And it has other storage too. I hope that the X12 has at least 4 GB of internal storage. 1 GB isn't enough.

It is not discontinued in my country. About that mstl, that person is a very annoying one! I had MANY fights with him back then. :-j
I am pleased with my new phone. It looks very cool in my opinion. It has awesome specs for a 2009 phone.

But honestly I already lost my interest with this phone since samsung kids such as your best friend "mstL" were busy promoting samsung in SE forums such as Satio forum, that was very annoying.
Just beware with after sales quality of samsung, coz you just bought a discontinued model from samsung!
Anyway... congratulation for your new 8mp symbian sammy!
