I've owned this phone for over a month. I can recommend it highly. Before this phone, I had the SS Galxy S II and traded it. Good phone but not good video player.
Videos played on this ARC are excellent and music is the same.
Camera: excellent. It's fun to use and lightweight. Looks good and good quality.

I brought this phone yesterday
I just loooooove it!!!
But one problem is bothering me, it gets quite heated up making me afraid plastic will melt is there any solution for it
my arc runs in 2.3.4 version should i update it?

I cant seem to use 3G, only ... moreGo to setting>wireless&networks>mobile networks>and enable the data traffic. the phone isn't slow if you disable your data traffic all times, but if you have a lot of apps that requires internet connection (like weather, or live wallpaper that require open GL) the phone is became really slow. and also don't forget to reboot your phone (once a day if you are a heavy user). but about the last one, I don't know. I think there's no way to change call answer setting in this phone...

but that's not the point. I just suggest for new buyers to think more of buying this phone. I mean, if there's a phone with a better spec at the same price, why don't take the better one?
