I recently bought an Arc S that is heating up pretty bad on the top front and top back part of the phone. Even when i shutdown the phone, it's still heating and draining the battery. It will just cool down when i remove the battery on the phone. Is it grounded?? or what?? Please help me guys i love arc s :((

I cannot see the brightness control. When I manage to select it and alter to brighter it does not stay very long and I am back to a black screen.

sm, 14 Oct 2014i have a problem when I'am about to start this phone.can yo... morei've been using sony xperia arc s for 2 years now. it falls many time but its still working well. memory is low so i have limits with what kind of application i can usa. i once had problem for 6 months upon powering it on. then i have found out that i just have to fully charge it before turning it on. if possible use your own cable when charging so you wont be having problem about touching the screen. anti scratch protection is true...upto now my phone screen still looks new. no front camera. all in all i like the phone cause even thought i'm careless and it falls all the time, its still functioning like new.
