In spite of its many qualities and good looks, this phone has never been a success and is in end of its life. Its price is going down fast with the coming new SE beasts. Wait a few weeks and it is possible to get this one very cheap.
SE has made tremendous progress with their last Experia range sensibly priced, but their new phones will be even better, so i prefer to wait.

Two weeks with this Arc S, I'd say these are it's cons:
-Very low RAM and internal/phone memory (you won't enjoy the so many apps in Android Market, many of which cant be transferred to the memory card)
-Quite slow and hangs a few times
-No front-facing camera (minor thing to me though)
-Bad earphone/headset sound quality (replaced the dam% thing already)
-Bad battery life (charging almost twice daily!)
.. but in spite of these, I still love this piece of beauty. :)

mark, 24 Jan 2012i found the fix...i reseted my phone back to factory settin... morethnx for d fix... i had done it.. can u plzz also tell me hw to update new software... i tried directly frm phone its not downloading.. frm pc it says not the ms-dos sumthng.. how to update the new software?

no phone is perfect u cant get frnt cam with such a slim design n battery life depends upon your use.if u use net continously then battery life will not be more than 3 to 6 hours! You are getting 8 mp hd cam its a gud feature and by use of skype u cn make video call! It hv nice sound quality,camera,video! Its a gud choice

It's awesome cellphone... ARC S... But there should be secondary camera too.
