Mugizi Roland Roxy, 25 Sep 2011It lacks inbuilt TV player and the internal memory is very ... moreSigned under... It has 2 low internal memory. Just like the HTC Desire (original). Than you root it - change the ROM and use A2SD with EXT partition... and... the phone is slower that way (read/write 2 SD sys files)... They should upgrade it yeah, just like HTC did with Desire S... Think about it... :)
PS: Great phone BTW - my sister has it... ;)

It lacks inbuilt TV player and the internal memory is very Small. It should be upgraded up to like atleast 8GB. Otherwise I like its sleek design.

Anonymous, 25 Sep 2011this phone win by a mile in the looks department against sa... moreFeatures does not always mean user friendly, it can only mean complication. BTW, I personally do not find any practical features with my SGSII which can really impress me!?
The messaging feature of the SE Ray/Arc impress me, as they are so easy to use without taking any lesson - very logical. One messaging feature is very impressive - when typing with the normal keyboard, I can just swipt my finger from left or right; or from right to left, and it will move to the qwerty keyboard. How simple & easy - this is what I call design.

Anonymous, 25 Sep 2011wow! how many phones do you have? does arc s have secondary... moreNo secondary camera.
Yes, I do buy a lot of mobile phones often, even though I mainly use their basic features - I'm not the IT type of person.
If I like the look or if people say that it's good, I'll just buy it.
I purchased the iPhone 4 (2 of them at the same time) because I liked the look of it, gave one to my sister-in-law; and kept one for my own use. I used it for exactly 7 days, not impressed at all (do not like the trouble of iTune), I gave my iPhone 4 to my girlfried (she is still using it - she had never use or try Android phones, she like the iPhone). I went to my service provider & brought a BB 9700, which provide good call quality and look professional.
I brought the SGSII because the electronic store manager said that it's good (with good screen and good function, and that he is using one himself). The phone is light & thin, which I like, but the phone does look kind of cheap. I really wish there will be a more pocket friendly toouch screen phone for me to purchase, then came the SE Ray. I purchased the Ray right away when it was available. I was using the Ray on my Japanese trip, which I found that the smaller screen not as comfortable to read the map. other than this, I'm quite happy with SE Android phone.
After I got back from my trip, I went to look at the Arc S (the first day when it's available for sale), I really fell in love with the look of the white Arc, so I purchased it.
If you are looking for a user friendly good looking Android phone with good performance and no hang (unlike SGSII & iPhone or Moto Atrix), go for this Arc S.

I got Arc S for 3 days. It's absolutely faster than Arc with all of Arc's great features. The battery is improved and it last all day heavy use. 10 out of 10.

My Samsung SGS2 is faster in most respect, but not by much. SGS2 sometimes hang, but never happen with my Xperia Ray. My Arc S is brand new, so I'll not comment for now. But I do not think that there will be any problem with my Arc S, as it's basically got th same internal as the Ray.
The Arc S is definately more friendly to use then my SGS2, and the Arc is so much better looking. My SGS2 (black color) is a bit cheap looking, the whitee version which came out recently does look better.

Do not install Skype, it drain the battery so unbelivably fast! Battery should last for one day without problem, even with data & background data turned on - provided you are not a heavy user.
