I love this phone. I have no problems since the 1st day I got it. Purchased it in Dec. 2011.

Hi, i guess the problems that you encounter such as heating, phone vibrating after using for a while, etc. is a common problem of experia mini. But it can easily be solved by calibration. all you have to do is to go to a SE service center and they will fix it for you. it will just take max of hours to fix it. it will be covered by the warranty if you still have it. i used to have the exact same problem before but afte visiting SE service center it never reoccured. Enjoy using your phone! :-)

its more like a problem really.. my phone is less than two months old i did my email sign up like about 6weeks after purchase download some games from the market.. second night i play the games while playing the screen just went blank.. &never came back.. that is almost 24 hours now
i wanna cry

Hi xperia mini users,
I have the same heating problem with my mini... I updated my phone last week to 4.0.2.A.0.62. After using it for like 20 minutes of games, it heats up and vibrates then the back key malfunctions. I have viewed some of the comments here.. They say you have to go to a Sony service center cause it needs calibration. Is this true that this can be fixed by calibration? Does anyone of you experience the same problem and had fixed their phone by calibration? Pls reply ASAP.

I bought this phone in September 2011 from London, and it does have the problem in the screen and i went to my local Sony Ericsson dealer and they did not fix it .. :( you can put it in fridge for a while if you wanna use it, and you can simply throw it with the trash where it belongs..Btw the phone is awesome, if only it works !!!

cellphones these days are full of bugs (OS, etc.) ...i mean a lot of them... you're lucky of you don't encounter one... a very very sad situation...

Anonymous, 13 Feb 2012my xperia mini has the prob while using the internet it aut... morethis is because of android version 2.3.3 ,take your mini to the nearest Sony ericsson service centre, they will update the android version to 2.3.4, I had the same problem 3 months back and after the update the problem is gone

my xperia mini has the prob while using the internet it automatically goes back and menu started displaying automatically,i am not able to open any of apps for a long time...DO ANY ONE HAVE SOLUTION FOR IT??

I recently had to send back my Xperia mini because there was a problem with the menu and back capacitive buttons they just started coming on and there isn't nothing I could do on the phone when this happen. Can this problem be fixed?

Seems like something wrong with your phone, go to an auth. service center.
