    i bought my xperia mini 10 months ago, everything goes smooth, but now i encountered battery problem, does not detect it anymore, and is not charging anymore... anyhelp is highly appreciated..thnx

          Oh, your Xperia mini was Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded? Well, my Xperia mini was Gingerbread preloaded. About 2 GB microSD given in the box, mine is fine. It should be more than 1,5 GB.

            sha, 11 Dec 2012is this phone will support sis files ? Nop. Android phones support apk files not sis files. But tons of applications are available for android for almost every purpose, compared to symbian. Visit the google play store:

                I've bought this one two days back.the set by default had ICS in it.Everything was fine the only problem is the memory card is showing only 482 MB available out of 1.85 GB.Does it have something to do with ICS?Or is it just the microSD card faulty?

                  Had this phone for about 1 year.
                  Started ok... but after a 6 months, the phone crashes and hangs at least 2-3 times a day. Hangs during a calls.. making and receiving.
                  The key pad gives out strange charaters when trying to send text.
                  The phone gets hot.
                  Many software running in the background... have difficulty to shut them.
                  Send in twice for warranty repair. SW upgrades, etc... but still same problems.
                  Poor quality phone... definitely do not recommend

                    does anyone had a problem after installing 32GB microSD card? can the phone really handle it?, any suggestions with what type of sd card suits this phone well?, i mean, microsd or microsdhc, and what class?, im planning to buy, thanks

                      louis, 10 Dec 2012is this cell phn very good? give some opinion about this.This smartphone is very good. I had used it for 5 months more. For gaming and internet are good. The screen may small, but overall is good with Gingerbread OS.

                              roy, 09 Dec 2012not just in the browser or internet but on the phone or txts..Find a unicode tamil font. I dont know any because im not familiar with tamil. Rename it to DroidSansFallback. Replace it in system/fonts. set 644 permission. reboot.
                              This will show tamil characters anywhere tamil unicode characters available.
                              backup original DroidSansFallback.ttf before replacing it.

                                I have just bought this phone, its all ok till now, but I'm feeling speaker volume is low. I also had Xperia x8 it sound was louder than this. Can anyone tell me is this phone speaker music sound is low. Otherwise call sound is great.

Yes, it was annoying cause it cancelled what we did. I rooted my Xperia mini and installed Gscript, copy the touchpanel.sh to gscript folder and I opened the Gscript app, loadedd the touchpanel.sh then touched it, my Xperia mini was reboot. The result, my Xperia mini works better and I don't face that problem anymore.

                                    I have this xperia MINI Sony for 3 months but after using it for a months I am starting to encounter vibration problem. You cannot do anything with the phone as it keeps on returning back to main screen. It seems to have a ghost touching the screen for you. I am not recommending this product to anyone. I am now disappointed with sony products as most of our stuff are sony brands with a lot of problems...Engineers of Sony....do something...

                                        ICS for me was rather slow, some games not compatible well. So, I downgraded to Gingerbread anymore. For camera I don't know exactly.
