I used this phone for ayear no problem with it no back button problem & no heating problem battery back up is good stay one day with heavy used its nice and small big features good performance & idownload big games on it and no problems thank you sony my next phone will be xperia s

I have used my mini for couple weeks. The photo quality is excellent and the FM radio is good. However, I found out that many times when I pick up a call, the call will be automatically lost. I have to keep call back the person who had called me. This is so annoying me. Any one has the same problem?

I live in Nig I hav had x10 mini for 11months had not pro but I want to uprade to mini pro. but I ask this mini pro is it root.

Like this phone a... moreIf this can help you, I bought mine 6 months ago and until now I am not experienced any problem, but that is because I dont play games on the device, neither I have 3G turned on, I use WiFi instead, when not at home, 2G is enough for me, fast checking the emails and I rarely use apps like Google maps.

Love affair didn't last long after those capacitive buttons start to have a mind of its own. Since the unit is still under warranty, I brought it service center for repair. It took them a month to replace the touchscreen panel. Even after the repair, the unit still suffers from auto activation whenever it gets hot due to phone calls and playing games. During those episode, the unit is rendered useless but goes to back to normal when you put it down for a moment to cool down. Still quite disappointed and I think it won't be my last trip to Sony service center. I think this unit is faulty by design and not favorable in warm climate. Caveat Emptor

After four months the thing went completely haywire, had to send it for repair. It's been gone for 32 days and they have no parts to fix it and no new models to replace it. Terrible customer support. They are sending me an Arc S instead which I will sell and buy another brand. No more Sony Ericsson for me.

im from philippines, i bought sony xperia mini about a week ago..ang its pretty damn good..i dont have the infamous overheating or capacitive buttons issue, but its battery is not that good,..

katz from the Philippines here. I have a friend who bought xperia 2 months ahead of me and was just released couple of months aftr the announcement. She had that overheating and key issues and had to go back to sony ericsson service center to get it calibrated. the key issue has already been taken care of, however, the overheating still reocurred. i just dont know how what she did and the overheating were minimized. her colleague bought xperia and they both have the same problem. i got mine from suncellular (wireless provider) and what i had is that key issue. that same calibration fix did it. i guess it's just a case to case basis. for me, so far so good an im lovin it. whenever somebody looks at my phone, they get envious because of a small and not too expensive phone has a lot of features. i recommend this phone to everyone!

not all xperia mini have heating issue! Stop making stupid comments! Theres a sony erics. Service center to fix it! Mine is 11w52 it works fine check yours! If your going to buy it make sure the production date is 11w52 so that the ratio you may get defect xperia is low! Im from ph. So far so good! Get rooted but dnt unlock bootloader TEAM SYMBIANIZE!
