Took this fone after going through a lot of reviews. Must say, this one is the best available at that price. The 3" display may sound small, but practical use suggests otherwise. The screen clarity is pretty good, with the Bravia engine doing most of the work. Found the battery pretty decent with nearly 1.5 days backup with normal battery usage that includes some 1-2 hours of gameplay and photo sessions, about 1-2 hours of calls. The live with walkman color representation was much poor compared to this one. The menu transition is silk smooth thanks to the 1ghz processor.

i am using this hand set and found satisfactory services,very good,especially its feature to support live wallpaper support , highly sentitive, camera quality is also good, fast internet service. i will give it 90 out of 100.

go to settings>>wireless and network>>tethering & portable hotspot>>port. wifi hotspot settings>>enable/check portable wifi hot spot.
it should prompt you to configure a wifi hotspot. simply fill the form with any name you want, select whether it's Open (to public) or WPA2 PSK(secured). choosing WPA2 PSK, enter your desired password. the password is the one needed for other devices to be able to connect on your phone when you make it as a hotspot. save it and it's done! your phone may heat up...
btw, when your the lone user, you can just connect your phone to your laptop via usb. wait for a moment until the phone connects to the laptop. then slide down your phone's status bar, tap 'connected via usb' or something like that. go to tethering & portable hot spot>>enable usb tethering (tap it about twice to thrice until the blue usb icon in your staus bar appears). wait for a moment for your computer to self configure the connection (no further actions required).
>>manipulating your phone while connected to pc might be really annoying as your phone becomes unresponsive or has wrong interpretations on your touches. just slide out the qwerty keyboard to unlock the phone when you can't unlock it with the touch screen unlock slider.

make sure 'Data enabled' is checked.
important: make sure to disable/uncheck this before your unlisurf ends. Some apps will automatically connect to network in the background. that means unintended balance usage.
on home screen, add the widget 'Status switch'. it's a switch/shortcut to enable or disable network, wifi, bt, gps etc.
more problems ask from me :)

Liuhan...., 21 Feb 2012i guess live with walkman is better than pro ...... Live with walkman is only good for music lovers..Xperia Mini Pro is best in all round..Because it has qwerty keypad(walkman doesnt),bravia display(walkman doesnt),good contrast and viewing angles(walkman-poor contrast and viewing angles),etc..Walkman has stereo speakers (anyway the xperia has no problem in sound) and pulse light for music..thats the only thing better than the xperia..so at last XPERIA MINI PRO WINS..
