my 2mega pixel samsung feature phone can produce an image of upto 1.2 megabytes. and this device produces images of just around 800kbytes? what happened to cybershot???

Which do you think is more important, viewing angle or sunlight legibility? If viewing angle's poor, you just need to tilt the phone a little bit to make yourself more comfortable with the screen, if the sunlight legibility is poor, you can't tilt the sunlight...
And they have exactly the same camera modul! If you say mini pro's camera is bad, then so with the live with walkman. And yes, they are! Mediocre cameras.

Well i was on my way to purchase Htc wildfire s my friend asked me to check its features i was satisfied because htc wildfire has no secondary camera,qwerty keypad,HD video recording,1ghz processor i taut its better going for xperia mini pro i taut fr a while abt d screen size but i went ahead and prchsd mini pro well i dnt find d screen as small as i wonderd all d apps and games runs in it without any problem and yes its rebooting process is a bit slow but this phone never hangs if u are eunning 2 many apps jst get a app killer app from d market
U wont regret if u buy this phone

Just one word awesome mobile from sony ericsson :) No lag what so ever , Great camera , Good battery back up of one and half days for moderate use :) Music quality is great with equalizer app in android market ands sony headset :) On par with walkman's audio quality in bass :)

AnonD-37122, 25 Jan 2012Hurm..What I just know are the disadvantages of Xperia Mini... morenope. viewing angle is really nice! no significant color changes even almost flat. in browsing, about 12 to 17 words per line and around 15 lines per screen shot. i have this and its really nice! the qwerty slider is really handy especially when typing a lot.

First, when I watch the review video about this phone on youtube, they said that the screen is too small for gaming and surfing the web.
second, the viewing angles are poor. (Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman is better)
Third, the battery backup is draining more faster then Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman.
Forth, when we shoot some pictures using the back camera, the quality of the camera looks like 3MP.
well, the the farest I know about this phone..
and I suggest you to go to Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman and this is AWESOME! :D

i still read here about problems & troubles meat people uses xperia mini pro...... i like this size& screen size is nice... some talking about battery problems ,some about reboot, someabout slow action ......etc. so i want special specific opinion about xperia mini pro i want to know all its problem &how this problems can be fixed as battery , reboot, zoom in cam & video zoom,can it be updated to icecream sandwitch or not ... iask all of this & i want know because if xperia mini pro has alot of trouble can`t be fixed i`m sadly will contiue with nokia because i hate samsung so pleaaaaaaaaaaase help me & give me links about problems of xperia mini pro

user, 24 Jan 2012thanks a lot! i already downloaded the update to my pc comp... moreClass 6 microSD is good enough for this phone, since the bitrate of its video HD recording is 6Mbps, you wont be seeing any problem with the class-6 sd card.

Guys my sister has this phone, and I have the big brother - the Xperia Pro.
After comparing the two, I think you are better to get the Xperia Pro than the Xperia Mini Pro:
- bigger battery
- more comfortable screen (mini pro is too small IMO)
- thinner and still a compact device
- Better camera (Same as Arc)
In the UK you have to go online to get the Xperia Pro, but I really think it is worth doing that. It's just the perfect sized phone - not to big (like GSII or Arc), yet not too small (mini pro) with excellent QWERTY that is superior to touch only.
