hey man. I just posted my review in that link you mentioned man. But iam not sure if someone is gonna read that and i dont think it will be useful for them anyway i briefed a story about my 1st xperia mini pro and the 2nd xperia mini pro that is after replacement. I will be happy if that post of mine gonna be useful for any sony ericson lovers out there especially xperia mini pro lovers

Does the phone still need app2sd or such to move apps to sd card? I tried to move some apps like powerAmp, ASTRO file mngr, Mobo n Rockplayer, but the "move to sd card" button is disabled. Only several small kB live wallpapers and vignette app that I've downloaded from free sites were allowed to move to sd card ???

dear friends,
i have brought xmp(black) from hotspot mobile store, hyderabad, india for rs.15470/-(inr).as our friends suggested i immediately opened it checked for static noise in video.yes a slight noise was there.my battery mfg week - 11w24. unfortunately there was huge demand and limited stock availability.i explained about the issue to store people.they politely said to approach sony service for check-up.i shall update after 2 days as here we have 2 consequent public holidays.
other than that my quick review:
1.good looking but 3.2" would have been perfect
2.good enough screen clarity with breezy touch response
4.no smart dial
5.pics and videos quality come good enough
6.battery life looks to drain fast(need to check out)
7.afraid of little loosely sliding keypad life
8.back cover is little hard task to remove
9.takes little time to get used to it
10.voice clarity is good while talking even on outdoor
11.killer price deal
regarding other technical features, i shall check and let u know

The other line (...don't expect...) was to lure you into giving the right info - which you did, thanks, but it'd have been easier without this attitude;)
Nobody says that this is not a fabulous phone regarding its specs, but if you have a faulty one - and it's not an individual case, look at the topic I've started on the official forum: http://talk.sonyericsson.com/thread/22121?tstart=0 - it's unacceptable.
To show you that I'm fair with the phone and the brand, I can prove with that I also started a thread to collect info on good ones, there's no real input there (maybe there are only few), so if you want to help, please contribute: http://talk.sonyericsson.com/thread/22298?tstart=0
It's more important to warn people of this first hardly noticeable, but serious issue, than praising the phone. They can read all the reviews, we have to add, what is missing, so they can decide with all the info. The fact that you had luck doesn't make the issue disappear, the most comforting would be an official SE reaction, that's why we do this. Thanks!

I chose this mobile cause i like it and i had problem with the first one. All i wanted is a xperia mini pro with no problem.I did got my mobile replaced and its perfectly ok with no problem. Its upto you guys and gals whether to believe it or not and i dont care about it.I did not buy this phone on seeing gsm arena, cause if i had seen this i would have really got confused. And guys and gals iam sorry with that wrong manufacturing date i told before. I think at the first place itself i mentioned in a post of mine that it was like between 11w30-11w36 and i posted my current manufactured mobile date as my previous mobile maufactured date. So people out there it is I was Wrong with it and ggg you were rite man. And man my mobile manufactured date is the same as yours that is 11w31( which you told that is not going to happen, but it happend) guess you were wrong with this one GGG.

I just made a joke on your impossible 11W36... moresince your set is noisy means, dont expect that all the xperia mini pro will have the same problem eventhough they replace it again and again. i replaced it only once and there is totally no problem. people who wish to buy can buy it if they like it and does it bothers me whether they buy this lovely phone or not :) who cares. The review here are mostly negative only. full of drawbacks not only this one but many. I think people get confused on seeing this review whether to buy a phone or not. One thing iam sure is that only a few people may notice the problem in the mobile but many dont notice that problem at all cause they might know that much deep about the feature etc in the mobile

I just made a joke on your impossible 11W36 date that your phone is a fake, a copy. I was totally sure you won't post us the picture showing that miraculous manufacturing date, and shame on you, as you could already disturb some forum members with your false date, who wanted more info on those rare handsets that doesn't have this noise problem.
Like me, whose replacement was also noisy.
You can still change your mind, and send your real manufacturing date (but I don't expect that's gonna happen)...

My xperia mini pro is perfectly in a good condition, totally no problem. I just posted a review about what happend to XPM when i purchased and replied for some who had that 2 problems that is xloud and noise problem. I guess this is not fb to keep chatting on and on. Bye bye xperia mini pro lovers, hope you all to get a good piece with no problem.......that is if you gonna purchase it or read reviews and some who never gonna purchase and just here to see it:)
