Did they say anything about what the problem was and how they fixed it?
I haven't purchased this phone yet, but I'm afraid I won't buy one without the noise problem..
And what about the XLoud function? Does it make the sound louder or lower when you enable it?
I've heard in some sets it oddly makes the sound lower !

juz bought it yesterday..overall,it's worth for your money,in it's segment..
only the qwerty pad keys a bit stiff to press..any1 who love the specs but don't like qwerty pad,can look for xperia mini(if u don't need front camera for video calls)

The Xperia Mini Pro, for average using, the battery beaten up only for a day or 2 days. Far away from the estimated battery life, more than 10 days. I bought this phone only about USD 250 in Indonesia.

I read from many sources that the battery back up is a huge let down. That it wouldn't even stay for a day's use in 50% brightness. Sony should solve this issue. But otherwise one of the best looking and coolest phones out there and also has a great UI to cover the ugly Android UI.

can ne xperia mini pro holder can tell how to make MEMORY CARD as the default. I cant make it neither can save the files on MEMORY CARD......

how's the battery performance...
my 6+ months X8 - 6h 51m 36s since unplugged, battery level 95%
the new mini pro (today purchasing) - 5h 42m 1s, battery level 85%
! terrible battery life?? Yes, coz it just took its initial charging, what can you expect..., read the manual: charge the battery often to maximise its performance. I'm not worry at all with its battery life, my X8 is used to be that on day 1.
