Xperia Mini Pro is a way better than HTC Salsa.
And don't think after bought the phone. think before buy d phone...

2)When I press camera key to take a picture have to hold it for very long any fixing for it?
Yes., but no long., U have to press & hold for a second / two.
3)When I click on the screen to take a pic it doesn't work.I have to press it even on screen for longer time to take a pic.,,any fix for that?
Check the capture Mode. Touch will work only on Touch Capture Mode. for rest you have to use the Camera Key.
4)Would someone please help me how to find back end running applications and how to kill it??
Just Press & hold the Home screen/ key for 3-4 seconds.
5)Plz assist me to find Task manager app. in android store? Jus go to Market & search for Task killer or task manager.
6)How to enhance battery performance which is very poor?
Disable the Back Ground data & disable Data traffic. use when u need them. Most of the apps will run with out enabling Back Ground data Except Android Market, G talk.
Reduce the Display brightness to least min level.

Finally got this phone but i was totally confused when i was buying the cell becoz the competetor was htc salsa dnt know i have put a right choice or not but hey happy now......:-)......

those who already have this phone please display some snaps captured from camera & be fair with yourself no computer editing
i heard camera is not so good but i know there are some group of people they are trying to pull down this device come on post at least 4-5 images captured from this phone @ night @ low light & tell u r experience about battery
this phone has great UI & speed but many users posted bad camera & battery

Afordable very small android phone.
I was very surprised just how powerfull this phone actually is considering the size.
runs 2.3.3 Ginger bread and with it's 1ghz prossessor, menus,etc run like butter, there is no jerkyness when moving through any of the menus.
