Go to official SE support forum and open up one thread(topic) in each of respective forums -> Neo, Play, Pro and ask more & more interested people to comment on those threads and let the discussion reach to SE.
As official SE forum now has 9-10 moderators who help people regarding their queries and also take suggestions and than pass on them to associated department in Sony Ericsson.
If u r able to generate a lot of user interest in video calling over 3G feature in those topics than i'm damn sure that SE will surely implement it in future software updates. Many updates that weren't meant to be provided by SE initially came later on bcoz only of huge interest of people on associated topics on SE Support Forum. So it's ur bet now......
Commenting on Gsmarena isn't going to help at all bcoz there is no SE moderator here to check out people comments.
Ur problem could be easily solved if u rather use all this energy in actively discussing this topic in SE Official Forum.

The video chat function that will come with android 2.3.4 can be done over 3G, 4G and WiFi networks which means that the so called "video chat" function in android 2.3.4 is actually renamed video calling.

@abhi thanks for sharing the information however this time you are wrong again. 2.3.4 will only introduce Video chat but by Google's GTalk. I can gv you the link with pics. Lots of people are still confused between Video call and Video chat. SE never said that their Android phones can do video call. Their calling menu does not have Video call option. Their official specification have X indicated in front of Video call time.
Galaxy S is not 2.3.4 but still it can do Video call. SE had introduced video call feature in all its non smartphone 3G phones like K810i but this time they are far behind.

yeah, I like it :-)
much much better than W8 walkmanphone whichis still with eclair. just because W8 is a walkman I like it. but I think now I'm too old for walkman after purchased a Zylo.
Mini pro should be good for me to purchase, small compact, full qwerty, gingerbread, and it is Sony Ericsson.
