If you don't own it then do... morei have it and i can move apps to sd, in fact i have 2 gbs of apps in sd atm and i haven't installed apps2sd yet
after upgrading to 4.0.4 i haven't seen apps failing or phone crashing, i think you installed something that is not working well
about upgrading to 4.0.4, download sonyericson update service (SEUS), it was described in a reply here some pages ago, the app will update and will explain how to do it
don't forget to make backups of the phone and the sd and then format it when the new rom is running to avoid problems with configs or apps in the sd
about viber, yes, it works perfectly, audio quality is great, try to use it with handsfree
about batery life, it is a small phone with a very small batery, most phones will have 1500 mah minimum but mini pro has only 1160 mah so you know it has a limited battery life, 2 days with some calls, facebook chat, browser, 10 or 20 pictures and some games while listening to music for a couple hours
a good cheap phone with a great camera and a keyboard

man just search 'Sony Ericsson Update Service' at google and then download the file it works like the sony pc companion just an older vrsion but it works more stable,hit new updates then youll see ICS UPDATE hit that button and wait for about 40mins then bang ur updated,i updated mine about 3months ago here in Philippines.

Such gaming apps and browsers will halt their running processes once they're minimized, notice that downloading by browser will stop permanently when the phone received an incoming call or when the screen turns off.
Also just after you killed the selected apps listed on ATK window, less than a minute they come back again, because android system restarted those app to run in the background.

When those icons are turned off they stay off on ATK's list. But to honest i dont know if it actually saves battery, as it must consume power also. Its not like XMP has ram issues like the older nokias.......I guess it helps when lots of apps are open.....

AnonD-13788, 13 Aug 2012I use advanced task killer.ATK doesn't really work in gingerbread, try to play music thru music app or powerAmp, when ATK icon is pressed the music will still goes on, in my X8 (v2.1) the music will stop immediately.

This is the worst phone ever!!
If you don't own it then don't buy it! Storage is minimal and of course you can't copy applications to the sd card so very fast you will find yourself with low memory. It likes to freeze itself very often and if you don't use kill selected applications your battery is dead in a two hours after using wifi. and display is getting scratched after few days so you need to take care of that as well. i am so unhappy that i have spent my money on this..

lovly phone..
i love it loads.. its almost a year im using this phone. unfortunately it fell down nd its screen got craks..
guess wht? its screen price is almost 80% of the phones cost.. !! (i brought the phone fot 16k now its price is around 13.5k nd its screen costs 10k!!! WTF man!!! wht do i do wid this phone now??
