Flipkart India is showing the release date of Neo as 2nd week of July. It's damn too late! And pre-booking cost of the phone is 24,999/- INR, whereas I was expecting it around 19,000/- to 20,000/- INR. Disappointing! :X

Do you have any proof that it can make video calls over network ?
It can't make network video call because :-
1. Battery hour field to make video call is blank in official page.
2. In user manual neither there is told a way nor an icon for 3G network video call.
So it cant make video call just like feature phone like W995 or Hazel. It can do video 'chat' through 3rd party apps and for this your friend or family must have such kind of phone that supports fring or yahoo video chat.

AnonD-1758, 24 Apr 2011You can NOT make Video calls like you normally do in W995, ... morewhere do you get this information?? Neo CAN MAKE VIDEO CALLS, and do it via networks or third party apps like fring or tango. In fact, you can use the front camera for self-portraits too.
Overall, this phone is good for the price-- a value phone!!! the only downside is that the internal memory is kinda low -- less than 1 gb.
