I bought one unit last week and this model really impress me. Fast response, nice to hold and easy to use camera.
The reason I choose Neo because of it price and size. I can't use Ray because it is too small as I have large fingers :P and it don't have HDMI which Neo has it. Having tested it happily with my large PC monitor, GPS works. Its color is so brilliant! and surfing is so enjoyable. Battery easily drains out the first day because I am a hardcore surfer.
I am new to Android and exploring the Apps to find what's best for my usage is a great experience. So no problem with lack of Divx etc.
Few problems: 1st day data/photo lost because of the accompanied 8GB microSD which looks cheap. It needs reformatted properly before use.
Hope it'll support video call in the future although it is not an important feature for me. I heard Sony Ericsson will be releasing Ice-cream Sandwich next year for 2011 phones so this is a good investment.

incredible s is good but no good voice in voip calling like fring & other voip calls but movie & pics is good..
and galaxy sII is better then all but no good movie & pics but voip calls good
Xperia ray or Neo are better because voip call fring etc & movies & pics are very good so we preffered it Thanks to all

yes because incredible s in it there is no good voice quality in fring or other voip calls but pic & movie good..
\ galaxy s2 is good in fring voice & voip calls but no good in movies & pics then Xperia ray or Neo

Because it has good quality camera (now boosted with more features such as 3D swipe after you update its firmware and improve camera quality), decent power to play famous HD games such as NFS Shift, Prince of Persia, PES 2011, etc. Also have fairly good and better battery life compare to the other two choices, good support from Sony (expect future update for your Android OS), less bugs, price is reasonable,have good integration with social network and many more. Optimus 2x have better power with dual-core and powerful GPU, but bad support from LG makes it a bad choice since future support/update is rare/not exist. HTC Incredible S is quite similar to NEO in term of spec, but HTC have bad battery life compare to SE and their sound quality and multimedia capability is not as good as SE, plus price is slightly higher as well. So goo fro NEO than. Even then, if you have the budget, i would say go for Samsung Galaxy S 2. I say SGS2 because i think u prefer android phone since all three of your choices are android. If it is too expensive, go for HTC Sensation.

friends..i got dis 4n..but im not satisfy with music sound..i mean mp3 songs..radio sound,video sound..im using normal player on neo..i have alredy upgraded software.. pls can any body tell me that is there any solution to enhance my sound qulity..?

The curved back makes sure the entire weight of the phone is focused on one spot (where the "HD" is printed) when I lay it down. Now that part is filled with light scratches. The polished finish doesn't exactly help as it emphasizes the problem. It's a good phone but get something to protect it.

Simply no one can read your mind and knew what do you need from your mobile phone, since you are asking why don't you check specifications and reviews here as I am sure that GSM arena covered all those 3 phones you are asking for.

That update is not released in the UK at present. Sadly there is no confirmed date at the moment, but if you want to keep an eye on the following site:

All the latest news is posted here first.
Looks like we have to wait a bit more for the update.

To erik:
Yes with the latest 2.3.4 android update you can zoom in HD video mode and also the 8mp camera mode. The last update 2.3.3 only allowed you to zoom in 8mp camera.
