You can't use zoom function neither in video recording nor when taking photos in 8MP resolution.

I have a question. I've seen the camera interface on the GSMArena review, and I recently bought my Neo (just this weekend). When I checked the camera, mine had a different interface. The menu displays only 8 buttons even when expanded. White balance, scene, focus mode, metering, etc. could not be customized. Is there any fix for this, or is anyone experiencing the same?

the normal position to watch a video in landscape mode is tilting the phone to the left.
Can you tilt the phone to the right and watch the video in landscape mode normally or the software doesn't support this?

Day before yesterday I got this in Sri Lanka. I like this phone very much. Still I am exploring this.
Using this you cant take normal video(3G) calls. But video cam is supporting skype.

Was able to briefly compare Xperia Arc and neo. They seem to share a common electronic design--but since each caters to different audience, Arc is higher-end lighter and has larger screen. While, neo feels a bit heavier, has smaller screen (same resolution though) but it also has a front camera which the Arc doesn't have(good for applications that support videocalls--e.g. Skype, etc.). The Arc is shaped nicely and more secure to hold despite it's size. The neo feels a bit awkward to hold--I always press accidentally press the side buttons and if I avoid it, I feel I might drop the phone.

Had mine for 2 weeks now. Everything is just SMOOTH! Gingerbread and Sony did very well in the usability department. One thing that could be improved is the smooth, curved housing which easily gets scratches no matter how careful you are. Mine's already showing tiny scratches even though I use a pouch--it will look old easily. Suggestion: immediately use a protective accessory (silicon case or invisible shield), not a pouch which will rub when you slide it in/out.

Neo V (5mp) will be launched in India next month.
