Its not a tough choice, it all depends on you.
Basically ray has advantage on camera, but neo has bigger display.Neo v If you are on gaming and browsing & reading,go for Ray if you dont mind gaming and browsing and reading but opting for a little classier looks and better built. Any of the two, you get more than what other smartphone can offer. :p

Xperia neo V video clarity is better than Xperia Ray...
it's 5MP cam is very better than 8MP cam's of some Nokia,Samsung etc.. phones................

After ICS upgrade, while recording HD video, it lags. However, recorded video plays well. SO there is NO issue with HD recording. However, games are bit slow after upgrade. Sound volume and clarity is increased. Battery backup increased. GPRS as well as 3G speed also increased. Sliding is not smooth as GingerBird

i tried a lot to upgrade my neo v to ICS, but in vain. One error is coming in the "prepare" step. MOst of the time the error is happening in this setp. But 2-3 times it gets finished and asked to turn off the phone. and after that one message came for pressing back key. I did that also but after that one message came for press down the notification bar. But the phone is in switched off state. I dont know what to do? pls help me out

During the call, first press the Volume Down button, then press Volume Up button repeatedly to increase the volume. We generally tend to press Volume UP always ! Try it.

Hi all,, here i have a problem with my incall speakers since yesterday... the volumen is tooo low to hear.. tried different options within the settings but in vain.. What am i supposed to do now? is it a software issue or hardware?? kindly reply back with ur valued comments.

But the specifica... moreBuddy there r lots of gameloft hd games available for neo v, I myself have spiderman, splintercell,hawx,asphalt 6,brother in arms,6 guns all of them in hd on my neo v .runs smoothly, so dont worry u wont regret.
