Open that folder in phone using any file explorer
Install all the files which have . Apk extension
Ur done.

I watched a video on u tube,having same folder contained,that fellow is clicking on install.cmd and Done....is that the 2 dll need to register into dll cache? or which usb mode i have to select in my phone?

internal memory is capable enough for containing all the must needed apps n some small games like Angry Birds, Talking Tom-2 etc.
but sdcard is important. u must need 4gb or 8gb sdcard for this kind of phones. (I bought Sendisc 8gb) Neo V comes with 2gb memory card included but it's not enough for videos and some big games.
