it should help,if it doesnt thn battery must be replaced///

ipcc, 21 Feb 2013is jelly bean available for neo v. some say they were tryin... moreyes its available,but its preferred to install custom jelly bean roms rather than stock ones...
try paranoid rom or pacman rom or AOKP rom.
you must be rooted in order to install custom roms

remedy is to root,search google and xda forums for root instructions,rooting will void your warranty///

abhi, 21 Feb 2013xperia neo v offering us 512 mb ram but the actual ram is ... moreits coz of the bloatwares which eat lot of ram in ICS.its common in all the 2011 xperia series.root your phone and remove all the bloatwares.stop using live wallpaper if you are not rooted.the hardware of 2011 series is not so suitable for non rooted 2011 xperia series running stock firmware.
