Anonymous, 17 Jan 2012Hey guys, just checked out the photo comparison tool result... morecolour reproduction of d cam is good but the amount of detail captured is somehow disappointing as d images are highly compressed (or its s sensor to be blamed).
But its d 'only' weak spot in dis fone... rather than average(below average to be honest) camera quality dis fone totally rocks!
hope d ICS update solves d compression issue of the captured images (if its not related to the sensor quality)

Hey..i tried that new firmware update 40.2.A.0.62...yesterday i downloaded it on my mobile and install it .it was performin good..but after 24 hours my phone was getting hanged and after sometime it has gone dead i.e my mobile is not starting now..as my advice is that pls don't use this firmware update...

Just got the Neo V and found a dead/stuck pixel on the screen. SE's warranty clearly states that 2 malfunctioned pixels are acceptable and they wont do anything in case of one. I am so very angry since I had to sell of my previous phone due to this very reason :( I tried using the software's available for fixing stuck pixels but of no use.

i bought neo v two days ago, everthing works fine for me except the wifi. i think there is some issue with wifi on neo v. wifi on neo v is running very slow. please give me solution...

I bought this phone on new year and it has been working superb..initially i was afraid about the restarting issues when i read the reviews before i bought it. any way i went for it and now i am happy with it.
the camera resolution and clarity is awesome, can make video calls for free using gmail or Skype which cannot be done even in expensive mobiles than this one.
though i thought about internal memory, i moved my apps to SD card(mine is 16 GB from my old phone). which is working great.
which impressed me a lot was multitasking e.g (speaking to a person and browsing at the same time), which i was unable to do in my old phone(reason was i didnt have wi-fi capability in it)..
instant sharing including Facebook, Google+ are working good. can download videos directly to mobile from YouTube apart from streaming(all the videos i am watching are excellent in quality as well).
notifications!! i love them!! chatting with some one in Facebook chat, at the same time, responding to an email which is received and speaking to some one else using gtalk..
when i took this phone to my relatives' home, connected the phone via the USB cable and went online without any software needed. i just changed the setting inside. it can also used as a wireless hotspot
you can disable the data connection through mobile network by just one click which makes sense when you have wi-fi at home.
overall the phone quality is really good and with my recommendation, two of my friends have got the same phone!!!!
The best part came when i transferred my contacts to the new Neo-V from my Nokia 5235. i got a nokia PC suite from which saved a back up, synced them with my Google account and it was automatically synced to my phone, when it was connected to the internet.(same to my Facebook contacts).whats best in this is it was syncing the birthdays of my friends to the calendar automatically so i wont miss any of them.
what i really missing in this is (when compared to my Nokia 5235), i don't see an option to send/receive text messages directly from PC companion.(i was able to do it in PC suite)
Not sure if there is a way to create groups so that i can send text messages to several people at one shot..
overall its a very good phone and if anyone knows how to send text messages using your PC when the phone is connected, please post it here.(also please inform if there is a way to create groups)

Hey guys, just checked out the photo comparison tool results for Neo V, it looks pretty well at resolving details in the grey chart but its not that smart in reproducing natural colurs. the colure poster looked much washed out as if it is over exposed or something like that. i will appreciate if some owner of the phone plz tell us about real life camera performance. specially the colurs
