i think u get a faulty phone,its a minor issue,dont worry just go to sony service center and show them the bill and explain the problem u will surely get a replacement:)i bought mine 2 mnths back and its wrkng gr8 without even a single problem,

[deleted post]Hello , i bought it 2 days ago, the phone feels great and is very fast. If heavily used it seems to have some heat but not too serious , no rebooting problems for me, i have the blue colour one .

i put my frnds samsung galaxy sl headphone and phone quickly said "Accessory not supported"... so i went personally to shop and tested out few headphone again 1 philips, 2 creative and 1 sony (all original) were denied... so i took Sony MDR-EX60LP :D
but i ll recommend you not to try online shopping coz if Neo doesnt support then money simply wasted

Not sure the windows users you mentioned will be already having outlook and outlook must have configured RPC over WEB protocol which is as good as accessing itfrom your desk/laptop.(no special configuration are reuired as eveyry transaction is happenig through nor mal HTTP - advantage of host and client being having same OS and client!!)
