vijay, 17 Dec 2011guys any one please solve this.... my phone gets heat often... morebcz that is a touch screen mobile so when we do more no. of operations thats gets heated i think thats the main prob.

It means that 70% of phones have restarting issue
But here at gsmarena and at xda I hardly find people having restarting issue
Anf restarting issue can't be solved by using s/w update
ITS HARDWARE ISSUE CAUSED BY LOOSE CONNECTION BETWEEN BATTERY AND PHONE
When I shake my phone I can feel the rattling of battery(dont know about other's)
But thankfully I m not facing issues

stop misguiding ppl tht this phone has no restarting issues. coz it does !!!! u just got lucky to have got a good piece thats all !!
NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS THE BEST PHONE IN ITS PRICE RANGE !! but it has issues n lets accept it !! I am a NEO V user myself n my phone restarts...replacement is not an option coz the odds of getting yet again a defective piece to a good one are 70:30.

i am planning to buy this phone this Decemeber.
but i heard about the "restarting" issue just like what happened to your phone.
it's so sad. is the phone replaced already in a good condition???? i really2 like to buy this phone, but i'm afraid to face such problems.. gaaahhh..

Don't buy this one!!!
