hey friends can anyone tel him how to free up ram from apps running in background..whenevr i check my phn it keeps showing 40-46 apps running due to which available free ram shows 16-20% only...i have netqin antivirus which has an optimiser which kills dese apps but after 2-3 mins they appear running again..i even tried going to settings-applications-running apps- & closing them but even from there these apps appear again...wat to do..also i wud say i like dis phone wuite a lot stil exploring many aspects of d phn but till now its superb...d only issue is d battery backup hav to recharge it every 8-10 hrs..

Have been using my neo v for 3 months. Yes it heats but that is due to the snapdragon not some fault by se. My galaxy sl heats.twice.as.much. Played assassins creed avatar nfs hot pursuit tintin hd splinter cell gun bros contract killer and many more without any trouble. Also for battery installed juice defender getting more than 1 day with around 4 hrs call 150-200 sms heavy gaming net use on wifi and 3g. Also i got a 16 gb class 10 card but the phone is fast as ever. Only gripe is the video call over 3g but maybe sony will figure something out.. All in all it is a beautiful phone and mo probs if u buy. I believe the users of this beauty will agree

Hi Guys,
im planning to buy this phone(neo V), is the 5mp really clear? ive read some of the comments that this phone has a 5mp camera but its like a 2mp camera.
can anyone prove or tell that its true or not.?
would appreciate a lot for those who will answer my question,

Friends am using this mobile for part two weeks. Its rocking. Had a great
Confusion. Whether to go with neo or Ray. But I would say neo hi best.
After much enquiry I bought this, and I love al the options and performance of it.
Battery,camera,screen,internet everything is awesome. Don't go for Ray. Screen size is
Small and still if you buy, definitely Ray customers wil feel jealous

Mtpapp is the one responsible for it i guess.. remove all the data cache

alright... after 2 months of Neo V usage... no complaints with the working.... still fluidic smooth...
but here comes my 1st problem... in contacts when i am trying to join contact i am getting error as--->
"The application Contacts(processcom.sonyericsson.android.socialphonebook) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Any one facing same problem? or any one with solution?

n 1 more thing...during this update process i lost all my phone data....i had some 70-80 apps...
i had moved those "apps to sd" ...
now as phone data is washed out.. all the apps too got washed out.. :( but still in my mmc i got that apps data...
now is there anyway i can recover those apps without doing it from the scratch ?? plz help...

undoubtedly neo v is the best phone in its price range... !!!!
but was facing restarting issues in the 1st week itself....
i updated it via a 'repair' function in pc companion n it said....'Updated' to 'some build no.'
can anyone post their build no. so that i can know whether something really got updated or was it the usual note...!!

i use this neo V for 3mth. happy no problem. value to money. just add 8-16GB new memory card, is good.
Go ahead, sony do a good job for this phone.

Anyone know a way to make video calls using the phone's front cam? Is that a software thing or is it the capability of its hardware??
