if the answer is yes try to turn it off or disable it..
maybe that can be help
try use this apps : install easy task killer and battery saver

i just had my neo V for 3months,at first it was working fine until 1 day i decided to use bluetooth to send pic to my other phone, upon powering on bluetooth phone turned off and never went back on again..tried to reboot same issue happened, it was reformatted by the store and worked fine until i used bluetooth again and history repeats, now it is in the service center. can it be fixed or was it bec of the upgrade???is jelly bean available for neo v?

New firmware has been certified for all 2011 xperia phones except play. New version is numbered as 4.1. B.1.13 and expected to fix all bugs and brings new features from 2012 xperia phones.

haris, 10 Dec 2012hi.im using neov v for 6 months.its internet connection get... morei just bought neo v today and i'm facing same problem so tomorrow i will go back to where i bought it hope they change it i cant connect to wifi even it has signal,,,coz in my arc s wifi is working really great

it doesnot show the call diverting message when i make an outgoing call? y is that?
