Nick, 07 Dec 2011i have read articles over the internet that Sony will be pa... moreGuys pls dont misunderstand this sony is not getting seperated from ericsson rather sony is buying off the ericsson which means ericsson is getting dissolved and the only brand which remains is sony:-).and isnt that a good news for everyone thats the services and all other things of our phone is now in the hand and of only one company instead of two.. So its gonna be a much more improved company later on cos sony will be the only one to take all decisions got it

Even though Xperia mini , Xperia mini pro , neo v , ray are all having same chipset , but HD games from Gameloft have different versions for diferent mobiles . As of now while searching for games i didn't find any games for SE xperia models other than neo, arc and play .IF gaming is your primary usage better stick to popular cells like Arc, Galaxy s I or II.

I vl go 4 for neo v now... morewell its coz neo v is new and developers are still in the process of developing HD games ..
you have to find the right .apk file for the game to work ..i'll give you few which i have rest you have to search on ur own ..

Xperia play and neo v have the same processor and chipset and ram and resolution..

Why SE neo v is not geting latest updates of android gingerbread's 2.3.5 like samsung galaxy w ,htc desire s etc.
I know neo v will get ics 4.0 but i thing SE should give latests updates of gingerbread to the neo v

well i have many reasons to tell you why you should not buy mini pro..
well see Mini pro has an electrostatic bug .. and i am not sure whether it has been corrected in the new devices .. and even it has been you never know you might get an old manufactured pro.. so try not to go fot it ..i too was going for it but i came to knw about it and changed my mind
Neo v has a 3.7 inch screen so the keyboard should not be a problem ..i can type very well in landscape mode.. but it still is your decision
Games will work on mini pro no doubt but still the screen is very small you might not enjoy as you can on Neo v..maybe some might not work on mini pro ..but it can be the case with neo v also ..
but the difference will be that Neo v has a bigger n better screen and there are no bugs as such and you will enjoy your games much more and you can watch movies also which will be hard of mini pro as it has a small screen ...so i would say you should go for Neo v.. kar le thode paise aur .. waise bhi neo v is now cheaper ..you should get it aroung 16-17k.. so tension na le and go for it
rest is your decision .. that is just my point of view :)

I want to buy xperia mini pro due to..
1.i hv only 14k budget
2.i want additional keyboard and no need of hdmi out port
so now my que is..
I m a gaming lover..i want to play all the games (all means without missing a single)..
So what would be the difference of gaming btwn xperia neo v and xperia mini pro?
I m afraid that due to smaller resolution of xmp than xpria neo v,all the games wud nt b run in that little monster..
Is it true?
Or i hv to go wit xmp or with xperia neo v?
Plz remember that i want to play all the games that r present in mkt and will yet to cm in mkt..all the games..

no1 will buy their new products if they discontinue our services .. thats obvious .. so dont worry go for it

i have read articles over the internet that Sony will be parting ways with Ericsson and will solely concentrate completely on the smartphones line ups.
they have also mentioned that, the current lineups of the phones they have in their system will be discontinued. I was planning to buy the Neo, but after reading the news, i am a bit worried about the service and other things in future.
what do you think regarding the same?
