does this phone have video calling apart from video chat kindly tell us i am totally confused in websites return that this phone supports will it possible in 2.3 android also spoken which sony service head and he add the phone should upgrade to 4.0 ics so still 4.0 is not availiable please help me out

1) hey guys pls tell me how to close the running apps in this fone
2) my fone is not giving good battery backup so pls tell what can I do so that my mobile can give good battery backup
3) hey guys also tell me that from where can I download best games like assassin creed , NFS etc. I had download some games from the android market after installing it was asking for WiFi connection to initialize .so pls tell me that it always ask for initializing any game after installing.
4) l had not found pre installed games in this mobile so tell me where can I get my pre installed games like angry bird etc.

I am using this phone from one month and the only draw back is the excessive heating does any one had the same problem or otherwise i have to go to the customer support

Guyz I am going to buy either Ne0 - V or RaY in next 2 days..please give me an honest suggestion. I want to know how the phone is .
1. Re-Start Issue- is there really any issue as such with this phone?
2. Speaker, ear piece & headphone sound?
3. battery life ?
4. Camera ?
5. Screen resolution ?
7. Touch response ?
8. Finally Ray or Neo V ?
