Someone even came up with the solution for it
just put a piece of paper between phone and battery and the problem is gone.
the phone shuts off b'cos of loose connection of the battery pins!!!

in the above specifications..it is mentioned that the ram is 512 mb...but it is showing my phone...is 330mb..
