I got the NEO V yesterday and its working awesome, still wondering inside it.
*Android, Camera, Touch response, Music perfect.
*Lacks in the 3D Sweep picture, I need to explore more.
*Ask for manual settings to the operator and generate Gmail password to run gmail and let it sync to your handset eg android, gmail, gtalk, etc.
go to account settings in your gmail account and generate a 16 digit password for android to run in your phone. for details go to:

I just got my Xperia Neo V a few days ago, however since this unit is still brand new in the Philippines, there aren't any settings available for this. Anyone in the Philippines who has the working settings? Please help. Will post my honest to goodness review soon!
