Nexus S got speaker problem (many complaining about this), Desire S got 'death grip' WiFi problem. As long as you palm don't fully grab your Desire S, u can avoid the WiFi problem.

It's not officially launch in here too,... moreyes that is ofcourse you country .. in india i dont think so they will ever send back if the product is faulty .. and i dont think one should take such big rish as it is not worth .. ofcourse ur country is little diff then ours.. i dunno how things work there :)

AnonD-29280, 16 Nov 2011dont go for Neo as it is not officially launched in india.. i was abt to ask this !! i called up the SOny centre and they inofrmed me that Sony Neo has not been launched in india ! and that sucks !!

AnonD-29280, 16 Nov 2011dont go for Neo as it is not officially launched in india.. I live in Malaysia. It's not officially launch in here too, but as long as you got warranty with the phone supplier, they can manage to send it to Sony Center if your phone has problems. I experience it myself as i brick my phone by my own fault, and then send it to the phone supplier center, and can repaired it for free because it's got WARRANTY. But that is in my country though.

aameen, 16 Nov 2011is there any app. to reduce compression ratio of camera ...... moreInstall 'Camera Advance', set it to 'superfine'. That can maximize your picture quality. Size each picture that been snap will be about 2.5mb-4mb than 1mb with stock SE camera. :)

AnonD-30563, 16 Nov 2011so thats the reason being neo V(roman letter five) ... Hmmm... more1. About the so called 'lines', describe as 'touch sensor'. But as far as I concern, I didn't experience any of this 'lines' on my Neo even I look closer to the screen.
2. About the audio quality, the sound has clean clarity and bass. U can select preset, but don't have custom preset. But this phone is ANDROID OS, so go to market and install EQUALIZER apps. With that apps, u can enable bassboost, and custom your equalizer presets. Well, I'm using 'Beats Tour' headphone by the way, so I just change the preset to 'rock' and listening to my music (rockkk for life!!).
3. Battery backup are normal like all smartphones nowadays. Install juicedefender can improve your battery life. And if you root your phone, install Setcpu (now that can improve your battery life a lot!!)

Hmmmm :)) how abt the so called "lines" on the screen... many have been complaining abt it ... The battery back up?? I am a rap artist... So m into music most of the time !! (Though i own a microsoft zune HD)

Due to shortage hardware caused by tsunami in Japan, SE rebranding the Neo to Neo V and change the camera. Go for Neo, worth every money for the camera. :)
