Instead of using the given custom kernel along with roms you may even try others like NightElf etc. They have more features... eg: night elf has USB otg support built in.

FAHEEM, 17 Nov 2012720p files lags in GB too...any idea??May be its file size is too large or .mov or .wmv file. Please convert it to Mp4 or AVI.
I suggest that you use the following resolution:
640x360 or 854x480 (1500/kbps)
When you convert video, please select the video codec H264. You can have high quality video in small space in H264. But convention take too long *(10 minutes 30 minutes)

The thing is that eventhough you have installed app2sd but the apps installed on memorycard requires some memory in phone. So that's why yours internal memory is less and some apps are also not movable to memorycard.

I took me almost 3-4 hours to update (4.1.B.0.587) so you have to be patient but the older version of ICS... It had taken almost 5 hours to update it.

i tried to update my phone four time...my PC got hanged..i waited for more than 30 mins..then i pulled the plug...can't update the phone....plz solve...

Hey guys, I recently updated ICS 4.1.B.0.587 on my neo v... and it's working fine.... dailing lag is solved.... haven't found any problem till now.... ifb you have any problem just restart your cell phone.... it helps to resolve it......

AS I understand, the '4.1.B.0.587' version is the stable and best one yet.
Update your mobile with this version of ICS. And DO NOT cancel/disturb the update process. It may take long time depending on your internet connection, but its better to wait than getting your mobile land into troubles by disturbing the update process. If you don't have patience to wait for update completion, leave it to update over night while you are asleep. By morning, it should be done.

my phone's internal free memory is just 70 mb ..though i have also installed apps to sd but still i have low internal free memory .currently on android version 4.0.4 ..is the upgrade useful though i tried it was taking a lot of time so i aborted ..but d phone is getting slow ..kindly advise
