Btw, Download the kernel of fxp138 or better still the rom of fxp138 (current update is 139) am saying this because the latest kernel is buggy.
@GS Raju: If you wanna update to 139, simply download and flash the zip. No need of clearing any cache or whatever. This way you will retain all apps, data, settings etc etc.
Although unless there is some major update....better stick with fxp138. Just like I am with fxp137. CM10 is not yet complete....by the time it is complete....everything from camera to 720p video recording will work flawlessly.

You might also notice a thing that the wifi connects faster now. All ICS roms connect slow but the JB rom of CM has the same speed as original Sony latest ICS rom.
As for your preview bug.... Use the camera ICS app and keep the 'hardware overlay' option ticked in developers options. There is also another camera app.. MX camera.....try it..
Now you have the freedom to try any GB app....they won't lag as they did in ICS....all launcher apps had to be ICS optimised before....now its not necessary. All old launchers are working smoothly again. So....gaming performance is increased.
And don't be afraid to overclock. I have mine at 1.6Ghz. Tried some benchmarks ...improvements were 25-40%.....
HDMI won't work as Sony hasn't released the drivers....(no custom rom can enable HDMI....unless they are AOSP based....I.e original rom engine ...no CM nothing.....).
And don't forget to use 'Disable Auto Brightness Xperia' app..... You won't know the screen's actual quality (brightness) without it.....

I've finally flashed my phone with jelly bean ROM (CM10 FXP 138 Haida)developed by freeXperia team based on cyanogenmod10. Subdevilmind has helped me a lot in flashing and fixing the bugs (only 3 bugs). I'm thankful to him for sparing his valuable time.
My experience on this ROM:.
1. User Interface is really awesome, smooth and no lags at all.
2. More free internal memory and more ram available and hence multitasking is superb and system responds fast.
3. Google now is available and works great.
4. Battery backup seems to be very good and better than ICS.
5. Lot of new features are added in this ROM.
There are few bugs in this ROM and rectified by my friend.
Bugs:
1. Sound volume is low and is fixed
2. Back light for hardware buttons were lighting up with high intensity and is fixed
3. Camera has got an issue. I'm not able to preview the scenery while capturing the image but photo comes out good. This big is yet to be fixed.
Overall, jellybean is buttery smooth, fast and awesome. This ROM fxp 138 is more stable and is recommended for daily use. Thank you subdevilmind (Sujan) for helping me to install this ROM.

my keypad changed to japanese language...i checked the whole language setting and changed each n every thing 2 english but i could not able to find the exact keypad language change option...pls reply me if u hv any idea about dis..

[deleted post]mediocre of Rs18000 phone is always better then decent of Rs13000 phone. image quality increases in higher price levels. and by the way if you can't afford Rs18000-20000 phone then post in section of lww on this site. don't post here.

for everybody who experiences any lagging or hanging after update to ICS, you may try to change or flash your ROM with Cyanogen Mod 9 or 10 (beta). it's even better than before, faster, smoother and good appearance. I've tried it and it's perfect. I can play Asphalt 7 with no lag at all, very smooth. Just try it.
