2. ICS update ends at 4.0.4 but build numbers will be updated that depends on number of bugs. Sony is releasing a bug fix update within 15 days and it's build number is 4.1.B.0.587.
3. Jelly Bean update is expected for this device but nobody knows the releasing date. Sony is evaluating it.
4. ICS update from 2.3.4 is very easy through PCC.
Connect your phone to laptop using USB. If you have valid internet connection on your laptop then PCC will show a pop up notification that "a phone software update is available". Click on it and follow the on screen instructions to update it. It takes 30-40 min(at broadband speed of 1mbps) depending on internet speed.

I bought neo v 3 months ago & using gb 2.3.4 and honestly speaking i haven't faced any problem so far...
Recently official ICS update has been made available for my phone (according to the SI no. list in Sony Support) & i want to upgrade to ICS. Now please let me know:
1. will i get 4.0.4 with the update?
2. will sony make further update over 4.0.4 for neo v like 4.0.5...
if yes, will i be able to update to the latest version (4.0.5) from 4.0.4?
3. will neo v get jellybean?
4. i dont know the procedures & details of upgrading gb to ics using PC Companion for official update. So can anybody provide me a video tutorial(in english) link on how to do it. i already checked youtube, max. tutorials are in different languages i cant understand
.... or can anybody write the procedures thoroughly as i know very little about these kind of tasks

I mean , it can call and see each other without the use of wireless fidelity nor internet . geez I really like this phone and as well as the SOny ericsson u , but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to look for another phone to buy . :(

If there is any problems to use media player, when the phone is connected with Internet? I have found that when the phone is connect with internet,music player getting problems.how can this problems be overcomed?

Every phone has its own si number to identify and ones your checked with it note it down and place it in the google search column like this

hi...i just downgraded my mobile from ics 4.0.4 to gingerbread 2.3
now the games and everything works excellent but i found one good thing about ics is it's touch response.
