The future of console gaming will go portable. I see a console-less future after this generation is done similar to how Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid creator). Our mobile phones is already catching up to the console machines when it comes to graphics. We live in an era where everything is on the go. I hate that the video game industry is going into motion sensoring. I prefer when I play a game, I want to sit, relax, and use buttons. So our handhelds like the 3DS, PSP2, and phones will give me more of the traditional-style of console gaming.

SERIOUSLY! this is a rumor. sony is just testing the response of the world. who knows maybe they'll have a competition and see who can make the best design for the phone. if this is announced as real, maybe it will encourage nintendo to make phones, since they the master of handheld games or even microsoft makes their first handheld game!

It would be awesome, but I could never have one. It will be better than the psp, but just like the psp there is too much more they could've done from the start and never did. They could've had amoled, better battery life, internal memory, better speakers and graphics, cpu, and ram, but nope. OH! how about some improved resolution... nope. If they were going to do anything with it it should use amoled now. also better be atleast a 4 inch screen. Why the heck would they use a Snapdragon for the first real gaming phone when the Hummingbird was proven to blow everyother graphics cpu in the phone world away?????? The list goes on..... oh and good job with downgrading with the psp go!.... ps. I like the psp... its just the idiots that dont know what cutting edge is when making the designs

this is going to be one of the best epic phone which will rewrite the history for Sony Ericsson. It will have gingerbread, will come with Verizon, at&t and globally with most of the operators and will be available in retail at reasonable price. It will be playstation branded and will have advantage of playstation network. it will have 1GHz processor but not snapdragon even better than that.

I'd sell my iphone 4 for this ONLY IF Sony isn't stupid enough to use that proprietary power port that always breaks. You know the one that got those thin wire prongs that break and leaves you either having to buy a new phone or buy a new power adapter. IT needs to be a steel male/female connector for me to spend a nickel buying this phone.

i think they actually developed this phone due to the se Aino problem wif the remote play , in other words they wanted to push their PS(play station) further into the market.
