Just got my phone from amazon. No branding, straight SE. First impressions are great.
Screen is amazing, camera interface is great. The loud speaker is loud. Just remember to remove the protector film. I forgot, and was getting worried there for a minute. The earpiece quality amazed me. It was playing music, as if it was an earphone. The mids and lows are very prominent. The hardware keys on the bottom of the screen are a joy to use.
One down side is the type of plastic the keyboard is made of. It's not necessarily bad, but rather cheapish. makes a bit of a scraping noise when you slide the keyboard open.
I've had doubts about this phone being long and skinny, but online images don't do the justice. The phone actually looks very mature, sleek, and defined. A true business class phone.

If you have relatives in the states you tell them to buy you one and send it here in the Philippines. As I think that it will take long for it to be available here. the normal position to watch a video in landscape mode is tilting the phone to the left, but if you tilt the phone to the right is this the same or the software doesn't support this?

this phone is already available in singapore.
but im still waiting in the Philippines..
i guess this one is the perfect and complete features xperia 2011 phone.
-hardware keyboard (which is missing to all xperia except mini pro and x10 mini pro)
-front facing camera (which is missing to xperia mini, active, arc, arc s)
-hdmi port (which is missing in xperia ray, xperia active, mini, mini pro, live with walkman, xperia play)
-bravia mobile engine (which is missing in xperia play, live with walkman)
-8mp xmor sensor camera (which is missing in xperia neo v, xperia mini, mini pro, active, live with walkman)
- office suite editor (which is missing in all xperia except the xperia mini pro)
im still waiting for this gadget the perfect sony ericsson phone.
