dont compare rubbish and blurry cameras from nokia to se camera phones.nokia camera quality is good only on paper/

http://www.gsma... moreI would speculate that the camera module on the N8 is thicker than the one on the E7. The E7 does not have much thickness to play with due to the addition of a physical keyboard. In order to keep the form factor as thin as possible, they chose to use an EDoF camera instead of the autofocus camera as on the N8.
You will notice that the N8 has a camera hump. The same camera on the E7 would likely require a hump at least as big if not bigger. One of the benefits of the E7 keyboard design is that you can place it flat on a table and type with multiple fingers on each hand. A camera hump would make typing this way more awkward as it would tilt the phone. They could have increased the thickness or use a form factor similar to the N97 that keeps the keyboard flat when resting on the table. I think that all things considered, they chose the EDoF camera.

It is featured auto ... moreWell the display of Nokias latest phones is actually alot better than you might think by just looking at the pixel ratio. They have CBD with amoled in them.( Clear Black Display). I have seen it in nature and when you compare it to Samsung's super amoled you see no difference at all actually. But the deapest black colours are abit better in Nokia than in Samsung.

AnonD-367, 20 Feb 2011abhi what u think which is beter Exmor R sensor or xenon fl... moreWell imo, xenon is better for dark not for low light, and one of its disadvantages is that it ruins the color, you dont get natural color with xenon as you get with Exmore R. beside that, you cant use xenon for video. so overally i think you get a better camera on xperia line.

cam4.com, 21 Feb 2011Compare two rivals, very similar phones: http://www.gsma... morewell, i can barely call N8 an Smart phone for now days. first of all, bcoz of it's ancient OS, so disappointing. i've got my hands on one, it was so laggy and lazy. of course it takes great photos in good light conditions, but again it fails in low light situations. being fair, it has a verry good flash too. but when i saw the video, recorded by N8, i've got disappointed again, it's not able to reach 24fps at all, so video is not smooth enough, and i guess it's bcoz of it's low speed cpu compared to now days's smart phones.so i have no doubt that Xperia pro is number one in that list of yours :)

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pro has better camera lens, you can make better quality photos than with Nokia E7, but unfortunately until now Nokia N8 got best camera lens and you can took best quality photos. I just wondering why Nokia Co not installed same camera lens into Nokia E7. I love Nokia E7, but if specifications / features similar then I prefer smart phone who has best phone camera performance.
So first my choice Nokia N8, second Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pro and last - Nokia E7....
But i prefer qwerty keyboards so my choice Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pro coz camera lens near Nokia N8 quality and plus i get qwerty buttons!

This video shows how Exmor R sensor makes simple sensors look like a child in front of it. Even the last yr's best android cameraphone X10 fails miserably in front of it.

I own a xperia x8 nd never regreted for it....
but som tymes I feel it cud b much faster....
so m wishing to buy a neo or pro...
I hav never used keyboard phones so a bit confused....
can u plzz suggest me which 1 is better.....
b.coz I fear dat pro keyboard gets loose in long run.....tq!
