Even with usd 999 price this can't be money maker for SE. But the point is that there still are some people who purchasing an expensive stuff especially when they knew it was a limited production, and didn't care what that thing can do. Just buy it, look at and play with it, then feel satisfied. Don't care if it is a smart thing or a dumb one.

it's not worth for this cost, because there is no basic features (camera & expandable memory, large screen) and also look like basic model there is no special advantages.

I went to SE showroom in Jakarta and was shock to know the price, 100 usd!! Even though it's not released yet, they also said that there's a free voucher to stay one night in Ritz Carlton, Jakarta with this purchase.
I'd rather buy X10 or the old X1 compared to this one.

I think in indonesia not be sold though half the price of 600 euro..the price is too expensive..do not get the features that should be obtained

Nah, the first iphone was hopefully behind everywhere but in the US where it sure might have seemed like a cool phone... However, the rest of the world laughed at it because it was so outdated when it came out. It couldn't even send multimedia-messages... That is probably why it wasn't sold outside of the US.
