The phone looks plastic...doesnt look out of sony ericsson wardrobe...no camera makes it a low scoring phone and look to have a very tiny display...over all thumbs down...

I was shown this phone in a shop in Stockholm, Sweden. It was... Mindblowing at first. :)
Sure, it's a phone that lacks alot of the technical stuff... But hey, look at the iphone... It was 5 years behind everyone else and people still bought it. :P
Seeing your hand through the display was cool, it was responsive and fast as most of the proprietary SE-OS phones... Only reason I'm not getting one is because I really HATE the proprietary SE-connector cable... If this was Mini-USB I would have gotten one...

This phone is so ugly.
have been shown handst by sony ericsson rep and the phone is just so plastic.
Its horrible and cheap looking

Unfortunatly this is not a scratch resistant phone at all! If it gets marked on the screen, it will light up in white due to the screen lights. Which makes it even more visible. Other than that this phone is really great, even with the little funcionality, but if you want a phone, and only a phone, this will be it!

The phone is not bad at all. Unfortunately, its more of a status symbol than a utility device. Congratulations to SE for the first ever transparent monochrome display. It has the best feature I always look for - sophistication without a camera, as camera phones are not allowed at my office. Overall, a good corporate - friendly phone. But, Dear SE,please do something about the price.

it is useless for Sony Ericsson to make it so expensive! look at the price in EURO? 600EURO??? in brunei, the price is about B$1.5K!! what do u get from it?? u get a transparent monochrome scratch-resistant screen, 2GB internal memory n a web browser only! i rather give dis phone a price at only B$500-700 ONLY bcoz d other $1K, i wan the followin: WLAN (802.11b/g), camera (at least 5MP or max at 12MP with zoom, flash n autofocus feature), dat wud be a reasonable price for B$1.5K

well think abt the features its less. so why bother buying? if you have the cash ok, but to be honest its a waste of money. :)) still go for X10 or X2.
