My ray restarts and hangs when a 16gb se card is mounted yet the phone should be able to take up a 32gb se card at max. Very frustrated!

Android 4.4 is available for all 2011 Xperia's in XDA-Developers.. Enjoy..

i have found one solution on overheat....try format your phone.....go setting=privacy=factory data reset...and it work for my phone....i share this thing because i was very happy

my xperia ray get problem overheat....it overheat 5-6 minutes....how can i solver it?

2 years and still rolling,,,,,inspite of some lagging and memory issues but i love it when people turn heads to see the unusual golden smartphone in my hand,, the quality and uniqueness of design. the small size which i still find it an advantage. love my mobile

i have xperia ry for almost two years. Lat two months some issues showed up, for example my phone is ringing but the screen is black so i can't see who is calling. Or, i click something and then i have to wait for 10 seconds until phone reacts on my command...anyone with similar issues?? advice?

i have a complaint in my lockscreen ,when i press the screen once it will come,after it sleep and when i press the screen once more then the screen becomes illuminous ? why it is like that can anybody tell , what is the problem?

I bought this device last year of july..and i have problems on its power button. the screen automatically illuminates even if i do not touch it. the power button, which usually prompts the choices for on/off,airplane mode,sound mode also illuminates while texting or whenever i'm doing something in my phone. what do you think is the problem of my phone?

I bought this unit 2 years ago and now I am having problems with SCREEN LOCK. When I press the home button every time the screen locks, I cant see but black screen. sometimes I have to set aside my phone for 1day to bring it back to normal. do u happen to have same issue? what was your solution. please share with me. thanks
