i've had this phone for about 5 months now, and i am really satisfied. Only because i dislike those big bulky androids/iphones, but love this slim and elegant android. With the brevia engine making everything in the phone look crisp and clean, powerful 8.1mpcamera(perfect for me cause itake way to many photos) and its complex but simple interior make it a really simple but useful device that i am happy i bought !

On the live the browsing is fine although you do have to do a fair bit of zooming but is very nippy at scrolling and dealing with tasks. Overall ray is better for watching movies on and showing off as its so smart. Its also got hd port and 8mp camera. Live has 5mp camera. Live is my choice as its cheaper and it's a music phone too. Have a look at the specs and it's a bloody bargain. If money is not an issue then go for ray but if music is a priority then go for live. I tried some headcandy headphones on it the other day and sound was awesome!

Its screen is only 480 x 320 resolution though but this makes it faster than ray as it has same 1ghz processor. Rays speaker is poor whereas live has 2 speakers that are loud as hell!

i have one more question,do you mean that sony made a ROM that lasts less than the custom ROM to make advantage of other xperia series as i heard that xperia pro has a very good battery life Despite it's big screen! then should i get xperia pro as it's price has dropped near ray, or ray is still better for it's battery and usability? and if i got the ray, should i get a custom ROM for the new ICS update to improve battery life? please tell me if you've tried the update.

How to delete downloaded apps? If I uninstall it, is it automatically deleted to sd or phone memory?
How can I delete the default apps? Like the wisepilot and many more. It is not useful for me.

As i say to people trying my phone, it's a smartphone with a body of a feature phone.
I paid it about 200€ sim free, cute white color. For that price, you can't get in any other current phones all the features it packs : 8MP ok camera, led flash, 1ghz cpu, design and later upgradability to android 4.x.
So i still advise it to you despite its slight flaws if you think you are buying it within the next 2 months, else you can try to wait for new phones (like Sony Xperia U i think or other midrange phones) with similar/better specs for same price.
