But i suggest you for ray. Both phone come with excellent camera but ray has few more features like Sony’s Exmor R™ and face recognition(dont be confused wit face detection).
So buy ray.

Don't be fooled into thinking because the Xperia ray is one of the smaller size smartphones, it's not gonna be full with top spec technology, brings together the, amazing Bravia Engine, used in Sony's HDTV,and brings crisp clear images, that seen on your HDTV's, and there's more, it also uses the Exmor-R sensor, that is used on Sony's Cybershot camera, so at 8.1 mesgpixels it's able to produce high quality picture even in low lighting, it also has a front facing camera aswell,
I love my Ray, i love the size, it's weight its not heavy but has that feel of quality,the notification light is on the front of the phone in the semi-circle, it's got a 3.5 mm jack for headphones, The Xperia has taken advantage of Andriod Gingerbread software, with swpe texting, Google Navigation, inside Facebook were your photo Gallery on yourt phone pulls your pictures from fackbook so they can be viewed on yor phone, or share your music you or your friends post on Facebook, and they abilty to take panoramic photo's in both 2D or 3D, and all you need to do is save phone 3D shots to a PC and put it on a memory stick, then into your 3D TV, i would recommend this phone to anyone.

I m eager to buy this... moreEvery thing works fine,i dont think you should root it and you dont need to for sure.
i have installed My beach HD and Christman Hd live wallpapers,and they run very smoothly.(they are by dual boot games,you can check out their videos)
Adrenalin 6 HD,NFS hot pursuit,sims 3,and they run great,no lags.
Camera is good too.Call clarity is fantastic.The screen is just amazing,perfectly legible in sunlight even when the brightness is at 40%.

Ray have a better camera (8M.P) compared to Neo's (5M.P). The screen size of arc is better to ray. so either one of this u have to compromise on

Hi am using this phone from last 4 days . . . while charging or playing games the back side top portion of the phone is getting HEATED :-( Pls help me What to do for tha...? is this a Falt piece...? pls help me....

Just got this phone few days ago.
I could say so many things about this phone and so much more about comparing to other phones.
But long story cut short, if anyone is considering
buying this phone, or trying to make up ur mind between this and some others....
Buy this Xperia Ray! hands down!!
Does everything a late smart phone should do, and
fits in your pocket nicely! (no more of taking it out of ur pocket every time u sit down to have a coffee).

2.does it happen to any1 who hv tried to install a game and phone refuses to run due to either resolution or processor?
I m asking this que,bcoz i want to play each and every android game on this device,keeping in mind that it should run all the 3d and hd games having highest screen resolution and 1ghz processor.
3.it is possible to increse the number of row that appears at bottem of home screen having 4 widget?
4.i dont want to overclocke or to root and yet want to play all the hd and 3g games..is it possible for me with this device?
5.how does rooting help us? I mean by rooting the phone what advantages can we get?
6.what is the call clearity? Is it heardable in running train and crowded places?
