what i love about this phone is it has an EXMOR R, a Bravia engine and more, thats a specs other phones doesnt have.

It is ssssssoooooo expensive, it should be around 250 euro maximum, if I right thumbs up dude.

sony ericsson said this is a smaller version of the arc and they are right coz like the arc this will not sell as well as sony ericsson wants it to be coz both arc and this phone are too expensive. samsung has nothing to worry about.

Does anyone know what the major differences are between the Arc and the Ray? I have an x10 right now and I'm debating on upgrading. I'm very disapointed with my x10 right now because it lags soo much and its always force closing my text message screen. I might give SE another go.....
Any advice?

This phone can't even make VIDEO CALLS . SAMSUNG S2 can do not only Video chat but video calls too.

to those who say 3.3 inches is too small, i own a samsung wave s8500 and its perfectly usable. To those who say more than 3.5 inches is not usable, my brother owns a samsung omnia 7 with 4 inch screen and its perfectly single hand usable too.And finally, to those who say that samsung has only plastic phones, these phones are both made of brushed metal, and so are the samsung wave II and the samsung wave723, wich is a low-mid range.. stop bashing! BTW, love this phone! its looks are nice and the specs are ok too.. price is a let down though!

Ray's specs are impressive for a mid-to-high end phone and if the price is competitive I will definitely get one. Well done SE. As for Samsung Wave(it was mentioned earlier in this thread)I have to say that it's a great phone as well. Smart or not, it's one of the best deals you can get for less than 300$. And it's not a coincidence that it's ranked in the first five phones from the day it was released. I am not a Samsung fan-boy by the way....
