After you can use SUS to repapir (install same official version). I dont know is working SUS - it was working about month or so when I did install...Maybe is temporary down. I dont know. You can try with Pc companion but SUS does better job - because you can select to update/repair from scratch - not upgrade but clean installation... and thats better for stability and bugs (less bugs, less lag). But try pc companion...if lags or bugs you can try SUS again...

Someone comment that SUS is now backdated, Pc-companion is the main tool.
Maximum people suggest to update throug SUS. i am confused.

For SUS - just instal SUS and follow instructions! You select your phone, connect when asked, select option "update + factory reset" or something like that...

Have bought 4 months ago. Nice phone & worked properly. but Sony's most common SCREEN BLACKOUT problem occurred. given to service center & they said Firmware & Hardware Both functioning properly. But problem didn't solved.

Shahadat-BD, 15 Jan 2013Is this mobiles operating system slow or faster?Ray is fast OS and long lasting batterlife! Skype video call works ok for me. Try SUS update/repair with factory reset. And ICS is better than GB...it is better loking, it is faster,more stabile...battery last same or maybe little less when using 3G...on GSM last long. Standby is even longer lasting on ICS than on GB.
So Ray is great little device that can do a lot of stuff that big (expensive) devices do!

i am in dilemma to buy phone whether xperia ray, xperia play and samsumg s advance...in ur opinion, which is better phone to buy an why? and which phone has long lasting battery from least to better..?

AnonD-94403, 14 Jan 2013use pc companion not SUS , SUS is old and down sometimesSUS does better job. Wipe everything clean. When using pccompanion thegqe can be bugs, lags etc. SUS is used when everything else fails, when you brick your phone...that says everything!
