With default keyboard, it appears as mobile keyboard (not qwerty) but it appears qwerty keyboard in landscape automatically
You can try new typing stype with "messagEase" in the market, when familiarize, it's will improve your typing speed and comfort

I have xperia ray, I need to tether it to my HP laptop; I've already talked with my service provide and the phone accesses the web, however I wish to be connecting to my laptop to enjoy the big screen and keyboard. I need a easy way to or portal of connection

guys, i've heard that its camera flash doesn't work as it should. it keeps flashing as a torch light, i mean always remains on opening camera. is it right?

Now do u mind my asking to helpt me how you up date it to 4.1? With sony up date service or instal rom? Doesn't it have bug(s)? Does it as good as ICS?

And am a heavy spammer..so am confused..so please someone who is using this phn plz tell me is typing experience in landscape or portrait mode too bad?? :s plz I need to knw fast!! Maybe if you root you can with titanium backup erase bloatware and make user apps system - convert them (utilize some of those 700mb)
300mb seems not much, but when you put on sd large apps and games you even have 100-150mb for spare...

Hi all hope u r fine, Could any 1 plz help me as I want to buy this phone ASAP but I need to know what is meant by that the internal memory is "1 GB (300 MB user available)" as i didn't understand is it 1Gb or 300 MB or there is 2 different models so plz need ur Clarification as I am afraid that if it is 300 MB it will force me to download a little Apps and it may affect the performance of the phone
